By now, California vendors and customers should have received a letter in the mail with instructions on how to register or log in for the first time to Cal eProcure. Beginning Jan. 4, 2016, new bid opportunities will be posted to the California State Contracts Register on Cal eProcure rather than BidSync.
To help make the transition easier, the DGS California Procurement & Contracting Academy (CalPCA) is offering live webinars to assist with Cal eProcure supplier registration and Small Business/Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise certification.

Under the tab labeled “FI$Cal Training (Suppliers/Bidders/General Public),” select “FI$Cal Registration” or “SB/DVBE Certification” to open the training calendar. Choose the date and time of your webinar training to enroll.
