DGS Director Daniel C. Kim recognizes the hard work of past and present groundskeepers.

DGS honored the many men and women, past and present, whose job it is to maintain Capitol Park and other state-owned facilities for current and future generations.

Director Daniel C. Kim and other state officials gathered near N and 14th Streets to dedicate a park bench in honor of DGS groundskeepers.

The salute comes during Public Service Recognition Week, which is the first week of May, as DGS recognizes the crucial role of public employees not only within the department but across the state.
